Use the features available to your membership

SOF Scholars is free to use. Access depends on your membership and role. SOF recruiting and network tools remain fund features; members of participating university clubs, including FIBC, have access to the shared guide, general guide practice, learning progress, case competition tools, and their own resume builder. Joining a club does not grant access to private fund records or guarantee an introduction.

Keep the service useful and respectful

• Use your own account, provide accurate membership and club representative details, and protect your sign-in.
• Only upload or share information you have permission to use. Respect contacts' privacy and the intended audience for other members' material.
• Do not harass people, impersonate others, scrape private member information, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.

SOF leads administer access and moderation. Club officers administer membership within their own cohort.

Use feedback as preparation

Guide content, AI feedback, grades, and study estimates help you prepare. They can contain mistakes and do not establish your ability or predict a recruiting result. Check important facts, employer requirements, and application details yourself. The service does not promise interviews, offers, or placements.

Terms and research are separate

The privacy notice explains ordinary service processing and who can see your records. Accepting these terms does not opt you into research or recruiter access. Research participation is optional, and the research pipeline is not enabled in this release.

Use privacy settings to review the current notices, record your choices, download your own data, or submit a deletion request. A lead's approval of deletion is approval for processing, not confirmation of a completed purge.
